Our Promise to the Community
Teak, Amber & Oak Ltd operates as a "Ghost" partner. Our mission is to bridge the gap between corporate tender requirements and local community impact without adding bureaucracy to your operations.
When you join the Vault, we commit to the following architectural standards:
1. Absolute Autonomy
Inclusion in the Vault does not restrict your independence. You remain free to partner with, or accept funding from, any other third-party provider or contractor. We provide resources to facilitate your success, not to control your mission.
2. The 72-Hour Standard
We respect the weight of your frontline work. We only ask for high-fidelity outcome data (e.g., engagement logs or attendance) when it is strictly required to shield a client from a Social Value audit. In these instances, we simply ask for an update within 72 hours of our request.
3. The Ghost Protocol
All public "wins" and media mentions generated through your work belong solely to you and the Community. Teak, Amber & Oak Ltd operates strictly in the background. We do not require public branding or the co-option of your success for our own PR. Teak, Amber & Oak Ltd may at times request written testimonials which will not be used publicly but for the sole purpose of references to grow our network.
4. Strategic introductions
We act as the clinical bridge between your frontline expertise and the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) requirements of major regional projects. We ensure that any introductions we facilitate—whether to primary contractors, specialist partners, or public bodies—are accurate, transparent, and designed for mutual regional growth. We don't just find a match; we ensure the introduction has the necessary architecture to succeed.
All we ask in return is that you keep us updated within 72 hours when our clients require the forensic evidence for their social value audits.
This is my promise to you.
